Stays of less than 7 nights will incur an $85 cleaning fee

Payments will be collected by our management company based in Orlando who will be your local point of contact throughout your stay.
A $200 non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.
